Soul Support for Women

A safe place for women to heal and grow

What is Soul Support for Women?

Every now and then women need support outside of their friends and family – to figure out a dilemma, find a direction, or receive comfort during hard times. It helps to know that a caring professional is just a phone or video call away.

I have created a service that provides exactly that – a place to go when you need to talk and sort things out. It is a safe space to get a qualified outside opinion or to just have someone listening without judgment.
I have years of experience communicating with people, learning their life situations and needs, and providing them with a caring ear, empathy, and positive feedback.

How Can Simply Talking with Someone Help?

Sometimes we get stuck in our lives and in order to get un-stuck, we need to process what is going on – our thoughts, our feelings, and events that may have occurred. Talking about things like this with family and friends can be less than ideal for many reasons. We may protect them from certain information because we don’t want to hurt their feelings, get them involved, or get unnecessary feedback. For example, if you are having difficulty in a personal relationship and are trying to figure out what you want and need, involving others can lead to misunderstandings and hard feelings that may continue long after things have been worked out. I find it helpful to process things out for myself before talking with a family member or friend about it. That is where having an uninvolved person to talk with can be beneficial. Talking with our families and friends can be great, they are just not very objective.
