This service is NOT therapy. If you are experiencing overwhelming emotions that interfere with your daily life, therapy may be more helpful to you. You should talk with your doctor if you need an evaluation for medication and/or a referral to a local therapist. Life coaching can be great for women who have been to therapy and are feeling more stable. 

This service is for women who are ready to move forward in their lives or explore what they want and need – even if that means baby steps, and baby steps are ALWAYS okay!

Just reaching out to someone is huge and can be intimidating, so my goal is to make this as simple and straight-forward as possible. You contact me and we set up a time that works for both of us to talk. You decide whether you want a half session (30mins) or a whole session (1 hour) and I take a credit or debit card payment and then we talk. We can talk on the phone or have a video chat – whichever you prefer. From there, you decide what you want and how to proceed. If you want to talk again, we can schedule that. If you want to wait and see how you feel and contact me “as-needed” that is fine too. This is about YOU and what YOU need. A free 15-minute phone consultation is available if requested.
